SHIPPING & Postage Information

Items will usually be posted on the next available working day. However, orders place Thursday through Monday may be delayed as we are away at Weekenders and Shows throughout the year.

All items will be shipped with insurance, and where appropriate with the need for a signature. As we sell many valuable items, it would be irresponsible of us not to insure your purchases when we post them. Unfortunately, parcels do get lost and insurance gives you piece of mind.

Due to the number of differing items we sell we are unable to give an exhaustive list of shiping costs. If you have any questions about shipping charges or the costs of shipping for a purchase you are making please e-mail us before completing the purchase and we will answer them for you.

RETURNS

All items are checked to be free from damage before we ship them.

Please be sure to check sizes on clothing and if you are unsure then please ask before ordering.

Refunds and returns are only allowed on CDs where there is a fault with the disc - such as skipping. - cd returns are not allowed for any other reason.

We do not accept responsibility if a customer changes their mind about a product once they have received it - do not like the design / music.

All returns must be posted back with adequate postage and insurance (we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery).

Returns must be received within 7 days of the customer receiving the item.
